Welcome to our online resources for the Run
to the Pines Car Show in Pine Mountain Club, CA. Our event is
held on a very small mountain community tucked in-between the
San Rafael Mountain Range and the San Emidio Mountain Range. Our
unique little valley setting is covered with pine trees and is
home to a large variety of flora and fauna. We are visited by
car and motorcycle clubs throughout late spring, summer and
early fall. The mountain roads threw and around our communities
are a favorite for weekends cruises for everyone. The weather in
August is very mild in comparison to the valleys below. Our
daily highs run in the 80's with lows in the 40's and 50's at
night. Always remember, you are still in the mountains and
extreme weather can sit in any time. It's not uncommon for the
nights to dip into the 30's in August nor for the days to get
well into the 90's. We can also see thunder storms up here,
makes it quite an exciting place to be all year round!
Our close lives with the Los Padres National Forest and wildlife
is enjoyable. But that doesn't mean a lot is being sacrificed.
Pine Mountain Club Village Center is full of merchants and shops
for everyone. It is also host to several excellent restaurants
and a general store. A short 12 miles down the road is Frazier
Park where you can visit even more merchants!
